MyFBP

90degrees are pleased to announce the launch of MyFBP – the new website created exclusively for the valued tenants of Farnborough Business Park.

MyFBP now makes it easier than ever for occupiers to tap into everything that the business park has to offer.

It is tailored perfectly to deliver everything that tenants love about the business park, whether booking a place at one of many events each month, catching up on the latest news or browsing a handy local business directory.

90degrees worked closely with XLB Property and Ashdown Phillips, who manage the park’s day to day operations to create a valuable and relevant platform that reinforces the unique community feel that makes Farnborough Business Park so successful.

New website instruction

Orbit Southern

Following the successful delivery of the Orbit Developments website, 90degrees were instructed to complete the design and build of the Orbit Southern website, a subsidiary of one of the largest commercial property developers and investment management companies.

The company is a very well established and experienced one, providing 40 years worth of high-quality office space.

The importance was with creating an on-brand website which is easily navigated and displays the available properties and full portfolio in a clear and aesthetic way.

From the outset it was necessary to ensure that the website would be intuitive to be able to update on a regular basis with training provided where necessary.

By adapting the principles of the Orbit Development website to suit the requirements for the Orbit Southern subsidiary we were able to provide an on brand solution which so far has been a success..

No.1 Colmore

Following completion of the works and relaunch of the new building, No.1 Colmore Square now has a new brochure to showcase the remastered building which commands a dominant position in the heart of Birmingham’s financial and professional district.

After working on the initial marketing materials and developing an iBrochure and website amongst other materials, 90 Degrees were tasked with creating a new photographic brochure worthy of one of Birmingham’s premier addresses.

With a hardback textured cover, 5 colour matt laminated inner pages and stand-out foils to the covers, the finishes enhanced the sophistication and high end nature of the building.

Work has now started on site as St James’s House is transformed into Dalton Place.  Under the new ownership of Tesco Pension Fund and designed by Cartwright Pickard, Dalton Place will offer 65, 000 sq ft of office space over six floors along with 4 ground floor units aimed at restaurant and cafe operators to create a new leisure destination for Manchester.

The building will be comprehensively redesigned to provide best in class, modern, sustainable space with new curtain wall glazing, reconfigured floor plates and a stylish roof terrace with inspirational views of the city.

90 Degrees have been working with OBI and Metis Real Estate to develop the branding and initial marketing materials for the launch of the new building including initial office and leisure brochures, a holding page and on-site signage to give a sense of the plans for the new scheme. Inspired by the pioneering English chemist, physicist, and meteorologist whom John Dalton Street is named after, 90 Degrees will continue to develop marketing materials with “all the right elements” during the construction and beyond.

We at 90degrees have been instructed to run a full marketing campaign for The Chancery building, situated in the heart of Manchester’s business core. The building is currently undergoing major refurbishment with a view of being launched in early 2017.

To begin the marketing strategy, we completed a full rebranding exercise for the building, launching and integrating this into a HTML emailer and an interactive pdf brochure. Within the brochure we also had two axonometric for the two vacant floors, giving a more visual approach to space planning.

So far the marketing has proved successful and we look forward to the full launch of the building into the market.

Albert Dock

A Piece of History

In 2015 90degrees were instructed by Arrowcroft Group to produce the bespoke investment brochure for the sale of its prize asset, Albert Dock.

During their ownership spanning over 30 years, Arrowcroft Group fronted the transformation from derelict, unused warehouses and dock to the glistening jewel of Liverpool’s waterfront that is so iconic today.

To document such a transformation, Arrowcroft commissioned 90degrees to design and produce a book that tells the story from the very beginning.

The finished book is a fascinating journey told mostly by the striking imagery, starting with its construction by famous engineer Jesse Hartley, times of dereliction after WWII, and then its rise from the ashes thanks to Arrowcroft Group’s vision.

The brand and design takes inspiration from the Dock’s maritime heritage, with character print finishes supporting the wonderful imagery researched and sourced from numerous parties.

81 Fountain St

Located in the heart of Manchester’s central business district, 81 Fountain Street is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment after acquisition by Mercer Real Estates Partner in later 2015.

Having pitched and won the work, 90 Degrees have developed the new brand for the building which epitomises the quality and character that the new space will bring.  The polished poured concrete and anodised bronze metal finishes, along with the clean lines and open spaces, inspired the branding and style for the initial marketing materials.

Due for completion towards the end of 2016, 90 Degrees continue to work on further marketing materials for the building, including a website and brochure, alongside agents Canning O’Neill and Lambert Smith Hampton.

Bringing depth to marketing

The building of two tales, Yorkshire House and Yorkshire Hub is an intriguing offering in Leeds City Centre. It has two separate entrances taking you to on one side a corporate, well designed, high quality space and the other leading you into a more quirky offering, for the potential creative occupiers.

90degrees has completed the installation of the marketing suite for the building demonstrating the offerings available, taking the already established ‘Think’ campaign which persuades people into thinking about eh type of space that is suitable for them and demonstrating that this building has it all depending on your requirements.

We took the design and integrated textures with vinyl and acrylic to create depth to the design and create a visually appealing look to the aesthetic of the production for the suite. By doing this we have been able to help to pull out key detail and give maximum impact to the designs created for the space.

Transformation underway in Reading

Following the successful pitch for a new job in Reading, 90degrees embarked on the task of rebranding Apex Plaza, to Apex and creating a brand mark and colour palette to represent and be the face of the Grade A building.

When initially creating the brand we were keen to design a brand which encapsulated a strong concept for what was to come with the building. There is a lot of refurbishment happening here, which will commence in phases, so it was important that the key message is maintained and intrigue retained for potential occupiers.

Discover – this was the key word that the theme, concept and streamlines derived from and allows for an impactful statement on the marketing so far.

We are at the beginning of the project with so far having established the brand and it’s identity, designing an initial brochure, holding page to create a web presence and analysing the signage of the surround and building itself to begin stamping the Apex brand mark on the building, prompting the voice of change and releasing a message to the market that something exciting is to come… very soon!
