Ready for Launch: Stockport Exchange

90degrees – in conjunction Muse Developments and Stockport Council – is pleased to announce the successful launch of phase two of Stockport Exchange

www.stockportexchange.co.uk.

A project as ambitious as it is expansive, Stockport Exchange is a 400,000 sq ft mixed-use commercial office and hotel scheme – a 115-room Holiday Inn Express will soon be opening its doors – featuring an all-new public realm alongside excellent retail and leisure facilities.

90degrees’ breakfast launch event for Stockport Exchange took place in our top-floor marketing suite, a space themed around the unrivalled connectivity that the building has to offer. Following brief speeches ranging from the informative to the celebratory, attendees received goody bags and a selection of bottled beers from local brewers Robinsons, packaged in branded Stockport Exchange totes.

In all, then, Stockport’s new Grade A office space received the high-end introduction into the market that it deserves.

26 Cross Street Countdown to Christmas

90 Degrees have created an advent calendar, as a giveaway with a difference.

The design includes an illustration of the newly refurbished 26 Cross Street building and is a great way to countdown to Christmas for potential clients.

The branded design promotes the building whilst celebrating Christmas on your desk. Merry Christmas!

Four Longwalk

It’s here!

Following 90degrees successful win of a competitive pitch to rebrand a new building in Stockley Park, we are now delighted to say… it has been officially launched!

4 Longwalk is a 100,000 sq ft, Grade A office building in prime position within Stockley Park. 90degrees created a high-end brand to reflect the offering and produced marketing collateral to actively and effectively convey the messaging we wanted to portray for the building.

Having now completed a brochure, website, launch materials and a fly through movie – to name a few – which positioned the CGI of the building within ‘real life’ footage, we are now able to see the finished product and it looks great!

20-24 East Street

Earlier this year XLB Property instructed 90degrees to market the relaunch and repositioning of 20-24 East Street, formerly named Emerald House.

The smart looking office building in Epsom’s town centre needed a new brand and identity befitting of the refurbishment that has seen it transform into a modern and contemporary business location.

The new identity using the building’s address created a platform which we based marketing materials on including interim materials such as a PDF brochure and holding page during refurbishment works.

On completion the final photography was taken to show off the space and it was fed into a sophisticated printed completion brochure, full website and a marketing suite which dressed the space for the formal launch event.

The new brand has also been used for the building’s new entrance signage to complement the refurbishment.

Exclusive Chancery Place

90degrees have been working with the landlord NFU and the managing agents CBRE to develop a bespoke online loyalty scheme called Exclusive, dedicated to the building’s occupiers.

Once registered to Exclusive, tenants have access to their own online community of local offers and discounts with nearby retailers, as well as the Marketplace – a classifieds feature to buy, sell or swap with other tenants in the building.

The new website also provides a hub of useful information about the building including news, the frequent events, and the prized concierge service.

Hobs Group Digital Project

90degrees has been working on the digital ‘face’ of Hobs – printing specialist of the North West – and created a central website for the Hobs brands.

The creative design of the website offers an overview of the Hobs businesses and information on their offering. This supports the promotion of the Hobs Group, with a responsive site which allows mobile and iPad browsers to get the full information of the desktop site on the move. As part of the project we have also migrated the Hobs Repro and Hobs On-Site websites to more intuitive and responsive platforms, which is easy to update.

MyFBP

90degrees are pleased to announce the launch of MyFBP – the new website created exclusively for the valued tenants of Farnborough Business Park.

MyFBP now makes it easier than ever for occupiers to tap into everything that the business park has to offer.

It is tailored perfectly to deliver everything that tenants love about the business park, whether booking a place at one of many events each month, catching up on the latest news or browsing a handy local business directory.

90degrees worked closely with XLB Property and Ashdown Phillips, who manage the park’s day to day operations to create a valuable and relevant platform that reinforces the unique community feel that makes Farnborough Business Park so successful.

Orbit Southern

New website instruction

Orbit Southern

Following the successful delivery of the Orbit Developments website, 90degrees were instructed to complete the design and build of the Orbit Southern website, a subsidiary of one of the largest commercial property developers and investment management companies.

The company is a very well established and experienced one, providing 40 years worth of high-quality office space.

The importance was with creating an on-brand website which is easily navigated and displays the available properties and full portfolio in a clear and aesthetic way.

From the outset it was necessary to ensure that the website would be intuitive to be able to update on a regular basis with training provided where necessary.

By adapting the principles of the Orbit Development website to suit the requirements for the Orbit Southern subsidiary we were able to provide an on brand solution which so far has been a success..

No.1 Colmore

Following completion of the works and relaunch of the new building, No.1 Colmore Square now has a new brochure to showcase the remastered building which commands a dominant position in the heart of Birmingham’s financial and professional district.

After working on the initial marketing materials and developing an iBrochure and website amongst other materials, 90 Degrees were tasked with creating a new photographic brochure worthy of one of Birmingham’s premier addresses.

With a hardback textured cover, 5 colour matt laminated inner pages and stand-out foils to the covers, the finishes enhanced the sophistication and high end nature of the building.

90 Degrees have been working with OBI and Metis Real Estate to develop the branding and initial marketing materials for the launch of the new building including initial office and leisure brochures, a holding page and on-site signage to give a sense of the plans for the new scheme. Inspired by the pioneering English chemist, physicist, and meteorologist whom John Dalton Street is named after, 90 Degrees will continue to develop marketing materials with “all the right elements” during the construction and beyond.
