Reach for the summit
Henderson Global Investors recent purchase of the Zenith Building, Spring Gardens, led to 90degrees being commissioned to create and develop a new marketing campaign for one of the prime buildings in Manchester's city centre. Zenith has a number of different definitions or meanings, and one that struck with us was the reference to a peak or summit, which felt apt in the current environment and market. We introduced a solar flare celestial body into the new brand identity to represent the peak of achievement or highest point in the sky. It works to create a strong logo and brand that works well across the marketing material, from brochure, i-brochure, website, signage and boards and displays for the marketing suite. We worked with Knight Frank and CBRE on this project.
A new brand sets sail
Ship Canal House is one of those iconic buildings that sits in pride of place on King Street in the heart of Manchester's central business core. The recent acquisition by Himor Group led to a competitive pitch and a new brand identity that was created by 90degrees. The new brand identity was developed to build on the success of Ship Canal House in attracting high profile tenants such as CLB Coopers, Gateley and LV, and establish the quality and specification of this key office building in the office market. We worked closely with WHR and CBRE we have produce a new marketing brochure, along with an i-brochure and new signage.
Roland Dransfield PR go live
90degrees have completed a new website project for RDPR that reflects their approach and direction. The expansion of the team and their social media and digital offering required a new interpretation and a website that promotes their skills, services and track record. 90degrees design and marketing have worked closely with Roland Dransfield on a number of related client projects and were delighted to be involved in the to design and build their new website. The selection of new imagery to support their message and focus, alongside the development of a new brand identity has also been used across other marketing collateral from new business stationary, web banners, and artwork click above to see the website.
Towers Business Park
Towers Business Park is one of the leading office locations positioned in Didsbury, South Manchester. 90degrees were briefed to design and create a new website, www.towersbusinesspark.co.uk, that consolidated all the available accommodation across a number of office premises, and develop an easy to use office search feature. The design showcases all the key aspects and facilities of the Business Park and the landscaped setting, whilst availability and news are easily managed and updated when required.
120 Bark Street
120 Bark Street is one of the best new buildings in the Bolton office market, and a new fresh approach has blended some colour and clarity into the marketing. Starting with a new brochure, i-brochure, website and signage, the new approach and campaign is designed to engage with the regional and local target audience.
