To coincide with a new refurbishment program being undertaken at 82 King Street, 90degrees were asked to design and produce a signage package that would promote the building and raise it's profile on one of the most prominent business locations in Manchester. The Central Business Core or Commercial Business District has been a prime location for many professional service organisations and 82 King Street is one of those buildings that has attracted some of the best tenants in Manchester. The theme was based around clean and classical typography, using messages that ties into the King Street address from The King Is Back, Return of the King and Making an Impression.

A significant re-development of the former Palmolive Factory, undertaken jointly by Carlisle Group, Abstract and Nikal. The brochure design formed the basis of a new campaign, blending the information on re-furbishment with clarity on the location and the lifestyle opportunities on offer. Soapworks is situated on the boundary of Media City UK, but within easy reach of Manchester Centre. Recent completion and letting of Phase 1 the Boiler House to Vital has seen the Soapworks complete its first letting. The i-brochure and new Website are in development to support the continued re-development of the main factory site into 400,000 sq ft of offices. While the re-develpment continues a new marketing suite on site will available in the New Year to assist the letting agency team of Canning O'Neill and Manchester JLL. Shed KM are the architects for the scheme.

A significant residential refurbishment project undertaken by new owners Kingsdean. The launch of the residential brochure began with the creation of a new brand that formed the basis of the campaign. Inspired by a Spanish theme and concept 'Where Love Begins..' that tells the tale of a love story between two people provides the link to idea of falling in love with your new home and the excitement and anticipation it brings us. Manera is situated on King Street West, Deansgate and features an elegant facade that has been enhanced through sensitive restoration. The 14 apartments are arranged over 5 floors and is due to be completed in early 2013. 90degrees design and marketing have developed a marketing brochure to assist the sales agency team of Thornley Groves, Manchester.

A new program of works at Arndale House have refurbished many parts of the building form the new reception, to lift lobby, common parts and several floor plates. 90degrees design and marketing working with Jones Lang LaSalle and TSG Property have created a new brand identity, brochure, ibrochure and marketing suite for their client Prupim. The space is well suited for businesses with a large headcount, offering a vast array of amenities and facilities right on your doorstep, with Arndale House in the centre of Arndale Shopping Centre.

A new Beginning for Blackpool. Muse Developments are working closely with Blackpool Council to create a 220 million Central Business District, which will include a Multi-Storey car park, a new Sainsbury's food store creating 400 new jobs in-store and a brand new 125,000 SqFt office building, where the council are to re-locate. Talbot Gateway is already underway and is set for completion in 2014. 90Degrees design and marketing have already started on the marketing collateral including Hoarding for the site and a new website... watch out for the new faces of Blackpool.
